Super mega breaths. She takes the deepest breath she can and blows all of it out in various positions. Sometimes she packs the air like a free diver, expanding her rib cage to it’s limit. Her lungs get so full of air it looks like she’s about to pop. Audio of heart and breathing, mostly heart.
Blood pressure fun with monitor. She works out and then plays around with the vital signs machine while listening to her own heart. She checks her blood pressure while her heart is racing and after it’s slowed.
