Today we welcome back Iris and she is looking better than ever. She had a cancer scare that required surgeries but she is fine now. She came back with regular hair and a strong desire to make money which makes for good videos.

Super awesome balloon breath holds a. The distraction of blowing up the balloons allows her to hold her breath way longer than usual. On the first attempt she accidentally takes a breath and a half and makes it to 4:28. On the next she does a single breath for 3:56.
Super awesome balloon breath holds b. She continuously exchanges the air back and froth between her lungs and the balloon. Concentrating on this and the feeling of air going in and out of her lungs prevents her from panicking and she does near record times.

Repeated breath holds cam a. First she tries the 1 minute game but because she’s so good at breath holding she has to go 1:30 between breaths. That challenge proved a bit too hard so next she does repeated breath holds back to back with one breath in between.
Repeated breath holds cam b. During the second part of this video she holds it for as long as she can before she takes each breath. There is some great heart reactions because of the constant fluctuations in oxygen levels. Her poor heart doesn’t know what to do.
Her own workout. This is one of her personal leg workouts which gets her heart pumping nicely. She looks pretty hot in this video and her heart  audio is pristine throughout.
