Ankle – wrist pulse unusual rhythm ECG. Majority of this is great ankle pulse with wrist pulse at end. ECG readings and dual audio from ECG beep and steth over heart. Her pulse speeds up and slows down pretty dramatically for no reason and skips beats. Her skin is incredible… flawless and glowing in the light.
Probably because she had to go without food for more than 24 hours for the custom hunger video and she had a lot of caffeine to get her through the day. The ECG beep and steth audio are synced to the exact millisecond via timecode. However the steth is directly over the heart while the ECG beep is recorded from about 10 feet away. The time it takes for sound to travel causes a very slight delay.

Cardiac Auscultation with Littmann. With the patient in the reclined supine position the Dr. uses a light touch while listening in the aortic area, pulmonic area, tricuspid area and the mitral area. Next the patient holds deep expiration while Dr. Auscultates the left sternal border. Finally patient in left lateral decubitus position for base of heart with smaller bell.
Filmed from 3 different angles. New blood pressure machine on the wall. The Dr. uses a light touch so not to stretch the skin. This allows the higher frequency sounds to come through. He also presses harder when needed. Patient takes a single deep inhalation at each Auscultation area.
New doppler during exercise. She tries out the new doppler while doing a lower body workout. She listens along with you and is encouraged to try to get various heart sounds. Filmed from multiple angles. She really enjoyed hearing the sound of her valves. She didn’t know what it was but she liked the high pitched fluttering.
