Chased through forest heart beat. While on a hike in the mountains Nike hears someone running towards her. She gets scared and runs away until she can’t take another step. Her heart is pounding out of her chest and skipping beats from arrhythmia. As soon as she catches her breath she has to run again.
Breath holding with help. Like Luna’s breath hold video released last week. Nike holds her breath for as long as she can while Luna encourages her. At the end Luna helps by keeping her hand over Nike’s mouth.
